Ari Lennox
Courtney Shanade Salter, better called Ari Lennox, is an American artist and performer born in Washington, D.C., who was the first woman to join J. Cole's Dreamville Records record label. In October 21st, 2016 she debuted Pho, her first EP on the Dreamville Records label. It was at this point that she gained her first recognition. Shea Butter Baby her debut studio album came out on May 7th 2019. Ari Lennox started posting her music to the internet in 2012 as she dropped her first mixtape Five Finger Discount and debut EP Ariography, in 2013. The year 2014 saw Ari Lennox release her own single Bound along with her mixtape, which she released herself, Five Finger Discount. The song Sweat it featured on Omen's Elephant Eyes album which dropped on July 21, 2015. The following year, her music began to circulate all over the Dreamville team, as J.
