Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram sensation was born 15 August 1994 in the USA. Ashley Nocera hasn't spoken much about her family She does however credit her father for instilling her enthusiasm for working out. He was a bodybuilder during his 20s-30s. Ashley started swimming at the age of four. In the following 10 years she took classes. Ashley competed in a variety of events however she wasn't focused because she wasn't prepared to undergo the strict diet. It's believed that Ashley was popular during high school due to her stunning looks and curvy shape. But, it's not known whether or not Ashley had a relationship during that time. After she matriculated Ashley was able to decide not to attend at college but to rather concentrate on her work as an exercise model. Ashley discovered that she was not happy with the way her body looked as a teenager. Her grandfather encouraged her and she decided to join the gym but took his suggestion and went slow. She didn't realize the extent to which she would go on for the next nine years sculpting her physique and slowly becoming a fitness star. Ashley's win inspired her to enter the 2014 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships. She placed seventh and considered this to be an undeserved loss. The result led to Ashley train harder. She returned for the 2015 WBFF World Championships and won fifth place after this competition was completed. Ashley determined that she wouldn't need to compete again. When she participated, she received offers to do photographs. She didn't mix up her profession and declined. However, now that she's stopped competing, Ashley has made the decision to be a fitness model. After being featured on the front page of an acclaimed fitness magazine she was able to immediately launch her career as a fitness model and model. She has since become sought-after and popular model. She has appeared for many bikini brands and worldwide known clothing firms.
